Description:“Gangzihou” is located behind Xiamen Harbor, like a “rear harbor,” thus the name “Ganzi [harbor] hou [at the rear].” The beach is long and deep, the water near the shore shallow and the beach is flat, the sand itself is fine and light in color, excellent for walking. The ocean there is tranquil and there is a broad, panoramic view. The author depicts “Gangzihou” with illustrations, both fine and freehand.
