Description:This work has a blue cloth binding and we have Vol. 2 and 3 (of 3). On the right margin of each page the composition years are noted. The material in Vol. 2 goes from AD 300 to AD 900 and begins with King Nan of Zhou. It is 114 pages, and according to Bo Yang’s systematic arrangement for each volume, Vol. 1 should cover the pre-Zhou period, Xia and Shang dynasties, with a length of about 113 pages. Vol. 3 goes from page 254 to 391, covering the years AD 901 to 1911. The book records events year by year, with revisions made by Bo Yang himself. Bo Yang, who enjoyed a name as an essayist and fiction writer, produced literary work during his lifetime that can be divided into a number of stages, each stage lasting about ten years, such as the “ten years of fiction,” “ten years of essays,” “ten years of the Comprehensive Mirror,” etc. This historical chronology was an important work from the 1968 to 1976 period when he was in prison. Later the material was published as the Outline History of the Chinese.

其他說明:藏藍色布衣裝幀，本館典藏其中、下冊，每一頁右側頁緣處，註記撰寫的年代。中冊內容始自西元300年至900年。自周赧王開始，頁數標計為114頁，依照柏楊每冊系統性的編排，上冊應為周朝之前，夏商以降，篇幅約有1-113頁之多。下冊自254頁至391頁，自西元901年至1911年。按年記事，並有柏楊自行修改的字跡。以雜文及小說享受文名的柏楊，一生的文學創作可以分為許多階段，而每一階段差不多都是十年，如「小說十年」、「雜文十年」、「通鑑十年」等。這部年表，為其1968年至1976年間繫獄期間的重要著作，爾後成書名為《中國人史綱》。
