Description:This scrapbook includes “Guo Shuitan—Selected Poems, First Collection,” information on “The Theater Movement” at the “Apollo Theater” (Guo Shuitan was a member of the acting troupe), Lin Menglong’s poetry collection “Fantasy of the Desolate Garden,” and Kajihara Toruyoshimi’s “A Study of Taiwan Rural Life.” There are ten poems by Guo Shuitan cut out from publications in 1929: “The Unknown Lover,” “For the Heart’s Lover,” “ Who Knows,” “The Beggar,” “Suburbs in Autumn,” “A Little Song—Love’s Corpse,” “Singsong Girl,” “Autumn Farewell,” “Year’s End,” and “Autumn Heart.”
