Introduction："The Returnee Party of Cebu Chinese Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines for Rewarding the Service" presented this solid gold shield plate on October 31, 1963. The central top of the plate is inscribed with the ROC national emblem centered with the inscription of "May Your Life Be as Long as the Heaven and Earth, and Your Accomplishments as bright as the Sun and the Moon," a dedication "To President Chiang," and the lower part, "The Returnee Party of Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Cebu, the Philippines."
