Oil Painting

Length:50 x Width:60.5 (cm)
His habit of using a dry brush to complete the background was one of the characteristics of his oil paintings. Shading and interweaving brushstrokes resulted in distinctive works. In this painting is a group of mountains that occupies about two-thirds of the scene. The blue sky and verdant mountains contrast along the crest lines. Flat color method is used, as well as red, yellow and green color blocks, to present the remaining grain and traces of harvesting activity in the fields. There is strong contrast between top and bottom. At the peak in the upper right corner are puffs of white clouds, like breaths of joy released by the earth after a rainstorm.
