Harbor City at Night - 3 was completed by Liu at the age of 53. It shows the myriad of twinkling lights of Keelung Harbor. Under the dark blue sky and surrounded by the sea at high tide, the brightness of this harbor is revealed. Fishing boats with their tall masts are docked near shore. In the air, there seems to be the salty and fishy smell of the sea. Looking at it from the distance, it is as if you can almost hear the sounds of people and traffic. This harbor city becomes very active at night, such that the stars lose their luster amid the artificial lights
