Length:45 x Width:60 (cm)
The subject of this portrait is the eldest daughter of Shung Ye Group and Shung Ye Museum of Formosan Aborigines Museum Chairman Safe C.F. Lin, who obtained a doctoral degree in Social Psychology from The University of Tokyo. She now heads the Shung Ye Trading Company. This is a beautiful image of her as a young woman, dressed in white, leaning against a stairway railing. Next to her is a bouquet of delicate purple flowers. She appears to be gazing into the distance, lost in deep thought. This artist portrayed her expression, skin tone and the texture of her clothing in fine detail, infusing this painting with a pure, fresh and lively style.
This portrait not only captures the beauty of this young woman, but also presents the expertise of this artist. Amid the changing textures of the white dress, he produces a natural, warm atmosphere.
