　　This oil painting, entitled Chiayi Park, was completed by Cheng at the age of 48. He portrayed this green space including the large trees. Rich and heavy colors reveal the lively Austronesian colors of Taiwan. Amid the interplay of white and yellow light and shadow, a path crosses through this forest, enhancing the sense of leisure and relaxation.
