In this work, Mother Earth sits, as if under great pressure. Inside, she is waiting for the opportune moment to take flight.
This work symbolizes the germination of new vitality for Taiwan following the Sunflower Movement of March 2014. It is also one of his works inspired by his participation in social movements. Although a black and white charcoal pencil sketch, it possesses a strong stone sculpture-like feel.
