Mountain Dwelling in Morning Mist depicts the ever-shifting fog that envelops mountain landscapes at dawn and dusk. The foreground is filled with dense woodland, accented by a few tall, slender trees. In the middle ground, crisscrossing rice paddies surround low houses nestled among the fields. The background unfolds into a vast and continuous range of mountains, evoking the quiet rhythm of life in a mountain village.
