Introduction：President Chiang Ching-kuo had declared, "The Republic of China in the 1980s will be the victorious decade for the Three Principle of the People, and it will also be the time to regain the mainland." For commemorating the significant beginning of the 1980s, a set of commemorative stamps and a souvenir sheet were issued in 1981, respectively, on October 10, the National Day of the Republic of China, and on October 25, the opening day of postage stamps exhibition in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China. The souvenir sheet (116 x 168) consists of a set of each postage stamp.
