Introduction：President Chiang Kai-shek's 80th birthday was on October 31, 1966, and he assumed his 4th presidency in May the same year. Therefore, postal stamps of the portrait of President Chiang Kai-shek were produced in color photogravure. The stamps of Chiang Kai-shek's portrait came in NT$1 denomination. And the stamps with an image of Chiang Kai-shek dressed in military uniform waving his hand came in NT$5 denomination.
