Introduction：On May 20, 1961, the anniversary of the inauguration day of Chiang Kai-shek assuming the third presidency after ROC constitution came into effect, postage stamps and a souvenir sheet with the theme of "The Anniversary of the Inauguration of the third President" were issued. The designs of the stamps focused on the portrait of President Chiang in the inauguration ceremony, in order to express admiration and celebration. A souvenir sheet (136 mm by 100 mm) includes postage stamps of a NT$0.8 and a NT$2 denomination.
