Description:1. Modern poem in Taiwanese Hokkien written in Tainan on September 4, 2000; manuscript transcribed in Taipei on January 28, 2008
2. This manuscript was transcribed by Li Khin-huann in Taipei on January 28, 2008. It was written in Tâi-lô [“Taiwanese Minnan dialect romanization”] on 12×25 manuscript paper sheets for the Graduate Institute of Taiwan Culture, Languages, and Literature of NTNU. The author’s signature is affixed in the upper right corner, with paged numbers in the upper left corner. The poem contains three stanzas. In the poem, the Hai Won (whale) is used as a metaphor for Taiwan, and the five-thousand-year baggage symbolizes the Chinese cultural constraints. The author expects the whale to be able to swim freely in the vast Pacific Ocean and find its own path. The poem is included in the poetry collection We Are All Sinners.

2.本手稿係2008年1月28日作者在台北抄錄，使用台灣師範大學台灣文化及語言文學研究所12×25稿紙書寫。以台語漢羅方式書寫之現代詩，右上方有作者簽名，左上方編有頁碼。〈海翁宣言〉，全文分為三段，以海翁（鯨魚）暗喻台灣，以五千年的包袱暗喻中國文化的束縛，作者希望海翁面向廣闊的太平洋自由遨遊，找尋自己的目標。〈海翁宣言〉收錄於詩集《咱攏是罪人》。
