    • GDESC:雌雄相似。嘴粗厚而黑，基部有剛毛。體型圓胖、頭大尾短綠色的樹棲鳥類。藏身在樹木枝葉濃密處。以果實及昆蟲為食。以嘴啄於樹上啄洞為窩或繁殖巢洞。白天尤是繁殖期，發出單調、渾厚「嘓、嘓、嘓…」聲或「Ko、ko、ko」單音，組成各樣不同長短高低節奏變化的鳴叫聲，因此能找到牠的行蹤。
      棲地介紹：平地至中海拔闊葉林，或樹木高大的都會公園。
