Introduction：The third part of the six pieces of English silver coffee set. It is a long-necked silver creamer decorated with dragon patterns, sided by a handle, and raised on four supports. The four supports and the shoulders of the creamer are inlaid with floral patterns in relief. The handle has bird designs engraved in relief. The inscriptions on the belly body read: "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 83rd birthday," "May Your Life Be as Long as the Long Lasting Mountains and Rivers," and "Respectfully, the Homecoming Party of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry."
The Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry, or FFCCCII for short, has maintained good political and business relations with the ROC government, since it was established on March 29, 1954.
