Introduction:Frister and Rossmann, a German company, was established in 1864 and, within less than 40 years, became the largest sewing machine brand in Europe. The secret to the company's success lied in its focus on elegant appearance and “easy-to-use functionality” in its product design, which distinguished itself from many other brands.

This sewing machine is an example. It has beautiful decorative patterns on its body while its bed is both flat and large, providing a completely even surface for more comfortable sewing operation.

Due to the economic pressure of recession and rising inflation after Germany was defeated in WWI, Frister and Rossmann, once the largest sewing machine manufacturer in Germany, was acquired and came to its destined end.
