民國49年10月31日菲律賓僑聲出版社社長方稚周贈送蔣中正總統七十七歲誕辰禮物。金邊相框，底面為紅色絨布，上以金箔貼「壽同嵩華」四字，上款為「恭祝--蔣大總統七秩晉七華誕」，下款為「菲律賓橋聲出版社社長方稚周敬祝」，外框架以金編花紋點綴。
方稚周（FANG Zhizhou），廣東人，菲律賓華僑，清華大學外國語言文學系畢業，畢業後返菲律賓，1941年成立僑聲出版社，發行『僑聲日報』，在菲律賓僑界相當活躍，並著有「水灾（災）集」，1940年商務印書館出版。

Fang Zhizhou, President of Qiaosheng Publishing House in the Philippines, presented the picture to celebrating Chiang Kai-shek's 77th birthday, on October 31, 1960. The plate with golden frame is overlaid with red velvet and on the red velvet, with gilding of quotes "May Your Life Last Long Like Mount Song and Mount Hua," congratulations expression "To President Chiang, Wish you a Happy 77th Birthday," and the signature "Respectfully, Fang Zhizhou, President of Qiaosheng Publishing House in the Philippines." The frame of the plate is ornamented with gold patterns.
Fang Zhizhou, a Cantonese and Chinese Filipino, was graduated from the Department of Foreign Language and Literature, Tsinghua University. After graduation, he returned to the Philippines and founded the Qiaosheng Publishing House in 1941 to publish Qiaosheng Daily. He was very active in the circle of Chinese Filipinos and authored Floods published by the Commercial Press in 1940.
