銀英式茶具組六件之三，銀質龍紋奶罐，長頸，有把，四足，環肩部與四足為植物紋樣浮塑裝飾，把有禽鳥紋，腹側刻有「蔣中正總統八秩晉三華誕紀念--河山並壽--菲華商聯總會回國祝壽團敬獻」文字。
菲華商聯總會，為菲律賓華商聯合總會簡稱，民國43年3月29日成立，與中華民國政府一直維持良好政商關係。

The third part of the six pieces of English silver coffee set. It is a long-necked silver creamer decorated with dragon patterns, sided by a handle, and raised on four supports. The four supports and the shoulders of the creamer are inlaid with floral patterns in relief. The handle has bird designs engraved in relief. The inscriptions on the belly body read: "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 83rd birthday," "May Your Life Be as Long as the Long Lasting Mountains and Rivers," and "Respectfully, the Homecoming Party of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry."
The Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry, or FFCCCII for short, has maintained good political and business relations with the ROC government, since it was established on March 29, 1954.
