銀英式茶具組六件之四，銀質龍紋糖罐，罐身與蓋可分，罐身為龍紋，兩側有耳，耳部飾以禽類鳥紋樣，環肩部與四足有植物紋樣裝飾，罐身正面刻有「蔣中正總統八秩晉三華誕紀念--河山並壽--菲華商聯總會回國祝壽團敬獻」字樣，罐蓋有植物紋樣裝飾，鈕作花苞狀。

The fourth part of the six pieces of English silver coffee set. It is a silver sugar bowl with a detachable lid decorated with dragon patterns, sided by two handle, and raised on four supports. The four supports and the shoulders of the pot are inlaid with floral patterns in relief. The handle has bird designs engraved in relief. The inscriptions on the belly body read: "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 83rd birthday," "May Your Life Be as Long as the Long Lasting Mountains and Rivers," and "Respectfully, the Homecoming Party of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry."
