水晶玻璃酒杯，杯體略有稜邊，器體為素面，上書以噴霧處理刻有「恭祝 蔣中正總統八秩晉六華誕--萬壽無疆（篆體）」字樣。
民國61年10月31日中華民國各界致贈，恭祝蔣中正總統八十六歲誕辰，外以金色花飾緞面盒裝，寫有「恭祝蔣中正總統華誕--萬壽無疆（篆體）--中華民國各界敬獻--六十一年十月卅一日」，內襯有紅色緞面，盒內有物件共8件，計1調酒容器，1攪伴棒，6只杯子，容器及杯體刻有「恭祝 蔣中正總統八秩晉六華誕--萬壽無疆（篆體）」字樣。

The crystal DOF glass features slightly line-cut-design decoration at the base of the bowl with plain upper part inscribed with matte words "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 86th birthday—Boundless Happiness and Longevity (in seal character style)."

On October 31, 1972, representatives of all circles in the Republic of China presented the crystal glass set at the celebratory cocktail party. The set is placed in a box decorated with golden floral designs and inscribed with "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 86th birthday—Boundless Happiness and Longevity (in seal character style)—Respectfully, the cocktail party of all circles in the Republic of China, October 31, 1972." The box is lined with red satin and includes a decanter, a muddler, and six DOF glasses. The decanter and DOF glasses are engraved with the words "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 86th birthday—Boundless Happiness and Longevity (in seal character style)."
