民國75年7月30日建檔，土黃色參謀帶。
「參謀帶」，法令上出於海軍服制條例第二十條規定：「海軍將官、海軍參謀、總統府海軍參軍及駐外海軍武官，均應繫參謀帶於右肩，海軍副官繫副官帶於右肩。」（但民國96年11月7日該條例已廢止，取而代之的陸海空軍服制條例未再出現「參謀帶」名詞。）目前所見海軍參謀帶為白色。
另查各國軍裝相關資料，參謀帶也是一種飾緒(鬚)，英文稱dress aiguillette，在過去沒有無線電的時代，命令傳達時必定先用筆寫下，再叫傳令兵帶著這紙命令送交，所以主官多半必須隨身攜帶鋼筆或鉛筆，為了防止遺失，所以用繩子綁在筆末端，繩子的另一頭則別在右肩。還有種說法似可被證實，就是穗帶的另一端早昔(拿破崙時代)是用來綁住執法者與測量人員的高貴筆，以防高級筆掉落毀損。此一發展到後來進展到不同的象形外飾。在看到的資料中顏色最相近的一為日本海軍參謀飾緒，二戰前日本陸海軍的規定，軍官大禮服一律佩帶，軍常服時只有參謀副官必須佩帶，一般軍官為金色，皇室武官為銀色中，目前自衛隊仍使用此型。
二為俄軍砲兵元帥服飾，自右肩垂至右胸，兩錐狀物垂於胸前，另外中國大陸解放軍的飾緒，和俄國相似度極高。

The earthy yellow aiguillette was filed on July 30, 1986.
According to Article 20 specified in Navy Uniforms Act, "Navy Admirals, Navy General Staff, Presidential Office's Navy General Staff and those Navy Officers assigned abroad, should wear their General Staff's Straps on their right shoulder, and Navy Deputy Staff should wear their Deputy Staff's Straps on their right shoulder." The term "straps" refers to "aiguillettes." (However, since the Navy Uniforms Act has been abolished on November 7, 2007 and replaced by Armed Forces Uniforms Act, the term "straps" disappeared.) Currently, naval aiguillettes are of white.

In addition, according to military uniforms of various countries, an aiguillette is an ornamental braided cord and called a dress aiguillette in English. In the last era, when there was no radio, aiguillettes originated with cord and pencil or pen worn by generals and staff officers for writing dispatches for messengers to deliver orders. In order to prevent the pen being lost, one end of a shoulder rope was tied to the pen and the other end of the rope was attached to right shoulder of the uniform. This kind of argument seems to be confirmed. In the past (the Napoleonic era), a braided cords was used to tie up a noble pen used by a law enforcement officer or a surveyor to prevent accidentally dropping and damaging the precious pen.

The braided cords have later developed into different versions of aiguillette ornaments. Among the data we surveyed, the color of aiguillettes wore by Imperial Japanese Navy General Staff is very close to the one in our collection. Japanese Navy's regulations specified that an officer should wear an aiguillette on dress uniform, and an adjutant should wear an aiguillette on everyday work uniform. Golden aiguillettes are worn by armed forces officers, and silver aiguillettes are worn by the aides-de-camp to imperial family. The current Japan Self-Defense Force still follows the same regulations.

In addition, aiguillettes, slung on the right shoulder, hanging down on chest, and ended in two metal tagged tips, worn by Russian artillery marshals, are similar to those of China's People's Liberation Army.
