「太武山房」位於金門太武山半山腰，蔣中正總統自遷台以來，始終心繫大陸，金門不僅為對大陸作戰的前哨，在距離上亦為最接近大陸的地點，因此蔣中正總統生前多次前往金門，或巡視金防基地，或鼓舞官兵士氣，或遙望故國山河，「太武山房」即為蔣中正總統駐節金門時的行館，算是太武核心地區，層層關卡要有太武通行証才能出入。
此一刻石為蔣夫人親題，頗為珍貴。

"Taiwu Mountain House" is located at a hillside of Taiwu Mountain, Kinmen. Since the government relocated to Taiwan, Chiang Kai-shek's heart was filled with longing for the mainland, and Kinmen was the outpost and the closest place of the battle to recapture the mainland. He went to Kinmen many times during his lifetime to make inspection tours to the bastion, or to inspire the morale of soldiers. Taiwu Mountain House therefore became President Chiang's temporary residence when he stayed in Kinmen. The house was considered the core area in Taiwu Mountain, where anyone should pass through many checkpoints to be able to gain access to.
This stele is quite valuable, because of Madame Chiang's inscriptions with autograph.
