此品為民國六十四年榮工處委請陳一帆先生鑄作，原置於總統府二前敞廳，下有大理石臺座，座上刻有字「千秋氣節久弥著 萬古精神又日新」字樣，引蔣中正總統自撰之聯語，緬懷永遠的領袖蔣中正總統。
後總統府第三局於民國91年捐贈本處，本處經審議會於100年度審議結果為典藏(入藏年份101年)

Ret-Ser Engineering Agency commissioned in 1975 Mr. Chen Yifan to make this bust of Chiang Kai-shek. The statue is raised on a marble pedestal inscribed with the couplet "The more one keeps on his mettle, the more he manifests his unyielding integrity. The more sustainable spirit of a human being, the more it merits eternal renewal." quoted from Chiang Kai-shek's own writing, to recalling the forever leader.
