傳統軍用電話，在蔣中正總統辦公室、官邸均可見此一老式電話機，此機註有「4號C共電式電話機，什一號－1951製造番號，沖電氣工業株式會社」，並蓋有社檢章。
早期之軍用電話無按鍵，需先接通接線生，再由接線生呼叫對方接收，以供雙方通話。
