銅質報架，最普通之樣式，置於蔣中正總統辦公室。
蔣中正總統極重視閱報，早期均親自翻閱每日各家早、晚報，後期改為早上由秘書先行閱報，於早餐時讀報，但午後仍親自閱報，一直到晚年眼疾，始改為完全由侍從人員讀報。

This brass newspaper rack, in a very common style, was once placed in Chiang Kai-shek's office.
Chiang Kai-shek attached great importance to reading newspapers. In early stage, he read each daily news and evening news reported by mainstream media. Later, the habit was arranged to allow his secretary to browse through the news in early morning and read the news to him at breakfast; however, Chiang Kai-shek still read newspapers by himself afternoons and kept the habit until he got diseases of the eye in old age and started to have the attendants read the news to him.
