民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰，國立中正紀念堂管理處、中國書法學會，在教育部與行政院文化建設委員會指導下，舉辦「蔣中正總統遺訓（嘉言）書法展覽」，除邀請名家參展外，並舉辦公開競展，共收稿件三百餘件，經敦請書法名家十餘人為評審，就社會人士競展作品中選取一百件，以應百年之數。凡入選及邀請名家參展作品均由中正紀念堂典藏，共計130幅，編號自C100001至C100130。
李進成，佳作，「卅三年告全國青年同胞書」。蔣中正總統於民國33年發表之「告全國同胞書」，說明中國數千年來敵國外患都是由於自己的積弱不振所致，只要精神上富足，則物質層面的不足自能克服。當時中國與日本長期戰爭，國困民乏，蔣中正總統號召「一寸山河一寸血，十萬青年十萬軍」，呼籲全國同胞「國家之被目為文明者，其國民都被目為戰士，而服兵役之義務乃成為最光榮的天職。」

On October 31, 1986, for the 100th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek, a calligraphy exhibition called “The quotes of President Chiang Kai-shek” was held. With the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Cultural Construction Committee, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Management Office, and the Chinese Calligraphy Society. In addition to inviting famous artists to participate in the exhibition, an open competition exhibition was held, and more than 300 manuscripts were received. After inviting more than ten calligraphy masters to be judges, one hundred works were selected from the public, in response to the 100th anniversary. All works of selected and invited artists, a total of 130 pieces, were collected by the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall.
"Message to Young Compatriots nationwide in 1944" written by Li Jin-cheng, honorable mention. President Chiang Kai-shek’s "Letter to Compatriots All Over the Country" published in 1944 shows that China's foreign troubles for thousands of years had been caused by its own weakness. As long as one is spiritually wealthy, the material deficiencies can be overcome. At that time, China and Japan had been at war for a long time, the country was trapped and the people were tired. President Chiang Kai-shek called for "one inch of blood for one inch of mountains and rivers, one hundred thousand youth for one hundred thousand soldiers". Appealing to the country's compatriots with "The country is regarded as civilized, and its citizens regarded as fighters. The obligation to perform military service is of the most glorious vocation.".
