民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰，國立中正紀念堂管理處、中國書法學會，在教育部與行政院文化建設委員會指導下，舉辦「蔣中正總統遺訓（嘉言）書法展覽」，除邀請名家參展外，並舉辦公開競展，共收稿件三百餘件，經敦請書法名家十餘人為評審，就社會人士競展作品中選取一百件，以應百年之數。凡入選及邀請名家參展作品均由中正紀念堂典藏，共計130幅，編號自C100001至C100130。
游建仁書，優選，「庸言之信庸行之謹」。節錄民國55年蔣中正總統對孔孟學會大會致詞。詞中推崇孔孟之教育宗旨尊德性而道問學，極高明而道中庸。中華民國孔孟學會乃蔣中正總統於民國38年所創，對孔孟先賢學說的維護與發揚，具有深遠的意義。每年孔孟學會大會蔣中正總統均親往致詞或發表書面致詞。

On October 31, 1986, for the 100th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek, a calligraphy exhibition called “The quotes of President Chiang Kai-shek” was held. With the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Cultural Construction Committee, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Management Office, and the Chinese Calligraphy Society. In addition to inviting famous artists to participate in the exhibition, an open competition exhibition was held, and more than 300 manuscripts were received. After inviting more than ten calligraphy masters to be judges, one hundred works were selected from the public, in response to the 100th anniversary. All works of selected and invited artists, a total of 130 pieces, were collected by the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall.

Excerpt from President Chiang Kai-shek’s speech to the Confucius and Mencius Society Conference in 1966. In the poem, the educational theology of Confucius and Mencius is admired. The Confucius and Mencius Society of the Republic of China was created by Chiang Kai-shek in the 1949. It is of far-reaching significance for the maintenance and development of the doctrine of Confucian and Mencius. Every year at the Confucius and Mencius Society Conference, President Chiang Kai-shek delivers speeches in person or in writing.
