民國49年10月31日由菲律賓華僑電光體育會所贈，外罩鏡框，褐色木質框底，上櫬紅色緞面，金箔片貼於同形黑色木板，背後有立架，，金片上刻有「如岡如陵」四字，上款「蔣大總統七秩晉四大壽誌慶」，下款「菲律賓華僑電光體育會敬贈」。
「如岡如陵」，出於詩經「天保定爾，以莫不興，如山如阜，如岡如陵，如川之方至，吉蠲為饎，是用孝享。禴祠烝嘗，于公先王。君曰蔔爾，萬壽無疆。」是為君王祝願和祈福的詩，現多用於祝壽。

Dianguang Sports Club of Overseas Chinese in the Philippines gave this metal shield plate as a gift on October 31, 1960. The shield plate is set in a glass display case with a brown wooden base overlaid with red satin. The golden plate is attached to a black board of the same shape with a stand behind it. The metal plate is engraved with a celebratory inscription "Prospering Like the ridges, and like the rolling mountains," a dedication "In celebration of the 74th birthday to President Chiang," and "Respectfully, Dianguang Sports Club, Overseas Chinese in the Philippines."

The phrase "Prospering Like the ridges, and like the rolling mountains" cited above is from Classic of Poetry: "Heaven protects and settles you. / Therefore, you are prospering, / Like the hills, like the mounds; / Like the ridges, and like the rolling mountains; / That, as the river ever coming on. / Such are your blessings. / Select an auspicious day, purify yourself, and prepare fine wine and food, / With filial piety, present the offerings, / In each of four seasons, to the former dukes and kings. / And they say, give you the blessings, / That last forever." It was a poem that expresses devout invocation of blessedness for the kings, but now is for a birthday.
