民國49年10月31日由港九肉行商工界回國觀光團所贈，以淺綠色花紋紙盒為外盒，外盒上方為透明塑膠片，可略見內部物件。內放置象牙觀音雕像，木製黑色簍空底座，觀音右手執桃枝過肩，枝上有7顆桃子，左手持連枝桃自然下垂，枝上有4桃，恭賀蔣中正總統七秩晉四壽誕。象牙底座上刻有「壽民壽世」，上款「蔣中正總統七秩晉四榮壽大慶誌念」，下落款「港九肉行商工會回國觀光團致敬」。

The Returnee Tourist Party of Meat Merchants' Association from Hong Kong and Kowloon presented this item as a gift on October 31, 1960.

The ivory image of Avalokitesvara was placed in a light green carton decorated with patterns, and the box has a top transparent plastic sheet to allow slightly see through. The image of Avalokitesvara, raised on a black wood base in openwork, holds branches hanging seven peaches over the shoulder in her right hand and four peaches with stems drooping naturally in her left hand, sending a message of congratulating President Chiang's 74th birthday anniversary. The ivory base is inscribed with a message of birthday congratulations "To bring long life and blessings to people," a dedication "In celebration of the 70th birthday anniversary of President Chiang," and on the lower part, "The Returnee Tourist Party of Meat Merchants' Association from Hong Kong and Kowloon."
