此套英式茶具組共六件，為菲華商聯總會回國祝壽團恭賀蔣中正總統八十三歲誕辰而呈贈，民國58年11月7日呈送。除保溫座、點火器外，其餘各件都刻有呈贈單位。
銀英式茶具組六件之一，銀質龍紋托盤，左右各一把手，盤緣綴以植物紋樣刻線裝飾，盤面為龍紋，中央刻有「蔣中正總統八秩晉三華誕紀念--河山並壽--菲華商聯總會回國祝壽團敬獻」。
菲華商聯總會，為菲律賓華商聯合總會簡稱，民國43年3月29日成立，與中華民國政府一直維持良好政商關係。

The silver coffee set consisting of six pieces was the gift presented, on November 7, 1969, by the Homecoming Party of the Federation of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry to celebrating President Chiang Kai-shek's 83rd birthday. Except for the thermal stand and the burner, the rest of the pieces are inscribed with the gift givers' names.
One of the six pieces of English silver coffee set, the silver serving tray decorated with dragon patterns is sided by two handles, and the rim is inlaid with floral patterns in line carvings. The surface of the tray is engraved with dragon designs, and the inscriptions on the central portion of the tray read: "In celebration of President Chiang Kai-shek's 83rd birthday," "May Your Life Be as Long as the Long Lasting Mountains and Rivers," and "Respectfully, the Homecoming Party of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry."
The Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce of Industry, or FFCCCII for short, has maintained good political and business relations with the ROC government, since it was established on March 29, 1954.
