牙雕壽星,民國60年11月5日由五華旅港同鄉會李惠堂所贈,外罩玻璃框,物件置於黑色簍空木架,壽星手持連枝蟠桃及壽杖,身旁有鶴為伴,架前另有一象牙小牌,上方有紅色字書寫「天寵大年」,上款「蔣中正總統八五華誕大慶」,下款「五華旅港同鄉會理事長李惠堂暨同人敬獻」。
李惠堂,字光梁,號魯衛,出生於香港,從17歲開始,即活躍於亞洲足球球壇,不但是戰前少見的中國職業足球球員,也是公認的中國足球球王。並帶領港、滬兩地足球菁英,稱霸於第七、第八、第九及第十屆的遠東運動會。1929年提出「足球即中國國球」概念,帶動當時足球風氣。1950年代,李惠堂退休轉任教練,繼續於香港和台灣兩地從事推廣足球活動。戰後定居於香港的李惠堂,不但讓足球成為香港最風行主流運動外,也經常客居台灣並帶動當地足球風氣。1954年與1960年兩屆亞洲運動會中,他亦以教練身分率領港台兩地聯隊擊敗日本、韓國等強敵獲得冠軍。除此,他晚年協助創建的台灣木蘭女子足球隊亦於1970年代末期稱霸於亞洲。
Li Huitang, representing the Association of Natives of Wuhua in Hong Kong, presented the ivory God of Longevity on November 5, 1971. The ivory God of Longevity is set in a glass display case, raised on a black wooden base in openwork. The God of Longevity holds a rod and peaches with branches, accompanied by a crane. In front of the base, there is an ivory plaque inscribed, on the upper part, red celebratory words "Longevity Blessing from Heaven," a dedication "In celebration of President Chiang's 85th birthday," and on the lower part, "Respectfully, Chairman Li Huitang and colleagues of the Association of Natives of Wuhua in Hong Kong."

Li Huitang, whose courtesy name was Guangliang and art name Luwei, was born in Hong Kong. Starting from the age of 17, he had already been active in Asian soccer playing circle, and was not only a rear Chinese professional soccer player, but also a recognized Football King of China. He led the elite teams of both Hong Kong and Shanghai and dominated in the seventh, eighth, ninth, and Tenth Far Eastern Games. In 1929, he proposed the concept of "soccer to be the national football of China," in order to lead soccer playing atmosphere at that time. In the 1950s, Li Huitang retired and changed from a player to a coach, continuing to engage in the promotion of soccer in Hong Kong and Taiwan. After World War II, Li Huitang settled in Hong Kong and not only made football the most popular sport in Hong Kong, but also carried a tide of enthusiasm in playing soccer in Taiwan, when he frequently stayed as a guest in Taiwan. In 1954 and 1960 Asian Games, he, as a coach of the united team of Hong Kong and Taiwan, led the team beat Japan Team and South Korea Team, among other formidable competitors, and won two championships. Furthermore, he helped found Taiwan Mulan Football Team, in his later years, and Mulan had dominated women's soccer contests in Asia in the late 1970s.
