秦孝儀先生主編，中國國民黨中央委員會黨史會民國73年出版，共26冊。精裝本，封皮為淡金色。收錄蔣中正總統各種思想言論，分為專著與演講兩部份，其中卷三至九為專著，卷十至二六為演講，另卷一為總目錄，以便於查閱，卷二為論著年表，可瞭解蔣中正總統各時期所做言論之情況。由於是思想方面的言論，因此並未收錄公文、函電或其他文字。

The corpus was edited by Chin Hsiao-yi and published in 1984 by KMT History Committee, the Central Committee of Chinese Nationalist Party, totaling 26 volumes. They are deluxe edition of books with a pale gold binding. The corpus includes a variety of thoughts and speeches by Chiang Kai-shek, which can be classified into monographs and speeches. Among them, Volumes 3 to 9 are monographs, Volumes 10 to 26 are speeches, Volume 1: General Directory for easy reference, and Volume 2: Chronology of Treatises for providing readers with descriptions of Chiang Kai-shek's remarks made in each period. Because it is about thoughts and speeches, the corpus didn’t include official documents, correspondences, or other works.
