此辦公桌可雙向使用，收納能力高，不浪費木料在無謂的裝飾。蔣中正總統使用時一般背牆或窗而坐，正前方置一椅，由賓客所使用，旁邊另置一椅，由傳譯人員或秘書人員使用。

This desk can be used from both sides, has high storage capacity, and does not waste timber on unnecessary decorations. President Chiang liked to keep his back toward a wall or a window when arranging his desk, put a chair in front of the desk for his guest and a chair on a flank of the desk for his interpreter or secretary.
