民國60年10月10日中華民國建國60年國慶紀念日，為宣揚中華民國實行三民主義之輝煌成果，印製建國六十年國慶紀念郵票1組4張，於60年10月10日發行，以資慶祝。

A set of four stamps was issued on October 10, 1971, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China. It was designed to proclaim brilliant achievements in recent years in ROC's implementation of the Three Principles of the People.
