蔣中正總統誕生於1886年，至民國75年適為百歲，套票於民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰紀念日發行。郵票圖案分別以蔣中正總統遺訓中之(1)實踐三民主義、(2)光復大陸國土、(3)復興民族文化、(4)堅守民主陣容等昭示為主題。

Chiang Kai-shek was born in 1886 and attained the age 0f 100 in 1986.A set of commemorative stamps were produced and issued on October 31, 1986,the 100th anniversary of his birthday. The stamps' designs declare the motifs of the teachings of Chiang Kai-shek, including (1) practicing of the Three Principles of the People; (2) recovering the mainland territory; (3) reviving national culture; and (4) adhering to democracy.
