民國65年10月31日為蔣中正總統90誕辰，是項郵票係選：(1)蔣中正總統與王太夫人之合影，(2)蔣中正總統遺像，(3)國父與蔣中正總統在廣東北上火車上之合影為題材，製成郵票圖案，邊框圖案由顏奇石繪製，蔣中正總統遺像、蔣中正總統與王太夫人之合影由胡崇賢攝影，國父與蔣中正總統在廣東北上火車合影原係油畫，由王鐵石拍攝。

October 31, 1976, was the 90th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek. The stamps are designed to include the themes of (1) President Chiang picturing with his mother, Madame Wang; (2) the portrait of President Chiang, and (3) Sun Yat-sen picturing with Chiang Kai-shek aboard a northbound train in Guangdong. Yan Qishi designed the patterns of the borders. Hu Chongxian is credited for the photos of Chiang Kai-shek's portrait and President Chiang picturing with his mother. And Wang Tieshi is credited for the picture of the oil painting of Sun Yat-sen picturing with Chiang Kai-shek aboard a northbound train in Guangdong.
