民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰，國立中正紀念堂管理處、中國書法學會，在教育部與行政院文化建設委員會指導下，舉辦「蔣中正總統遺訓（嘉言）書法展覽」，除邀請名家參展外，並舉辦公開競展，共收稿件三百餘件，經敦請書法名家十餘人為評審，就社會人士競展作品中選取一百件，以應百年之數。凡入選及邀請名家參展作品均由中正紀念堂典藏，共計130幅，編號自C100001至C100130。
蔡文旭書，佳作，「治兵嘉言革命復國」。蔣中正總統在革命實踐研究院「反攻復國的形勢檢討及實踐行動的準備」演講中的訓示，要革命幹部「為主義為領袖為國家所召喚，來作一次更光榮更偉大的冒險和犧牲。」期望革命同志以「三民主義新中國的重建，中華民族的復興，全球人類的福祉與世界和平安全的維護與確保」為己任。這是蔣中正總統當年經常在對革命幹部與軍事幹部演講中所提出的。

On October 31, 1986, for the 100th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek, a calligraphy exhibition called “The quotes of President Chiang Kai-shek” was held. With the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Cultural Construction Committee, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Management Office, and the Chinese Calligraphy Society. In addition to inviting famous artists to participate in the exhibition, an open competition exhibition was held, and more than 300 manuscripts were received. After inviting more than ten calligraphy masters to be judges, one hundred works were selected from the public, in response to the 100th anniversary. All works of selected and invited artists, a total of 130 pieces, were collected by the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall.
“Quotes on Governing soldiers, Restoring the Country Through Revolution” written by Tsai Wen-hsu, honorable mention. President Chiang Kai-shek’s instruction in the speech "Review of the Situation in the Counterattack and Restoration of the Country and Preparation for Practical Actions" at the Institute of Revolutionary Practice required cadres to be on call for the ideal, the leader, and the country. In hopes of a glorious and great adventure and sacrifice. With hopes that comrades will take "the reconstruction of the Three People's Principles of New China, the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the well-being of mankind and the maintenance and assurance of world peace and security" as their responsibility. This is what President Chiang Kai-shek says in his speeches to cadres.
