民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰，國立中正紀念堂管理處、中國書法學會，在教育部與行政院文化建設委員會指導下，舉辦「蔣中正總統遺訓（嘉言）書法展覽」，除邀請名家參展外，並舉辦公開競展，共收稿件三百餘件，經敦請書法名家十餘人為評審，就社會人士競展作品中選取一百件，以應百年之數。凡入選及邀請名家參展作品均由中正紀念堂典藏，共計130幅，編號自C100001至C100130。
邱明星書，優選，「愛群合群利群」。蔣中正總統在「新生活運動第二期目的和工作要旨」演講中指出人必須過互助合作的社會生活，過規過勸善的團體生活，既是社會的人，過社會的生活，就要有愛群的德性，合群的能力和利群樂群的思想。

On October 31, 1986, for the 100th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek, a calligraphy exhibition called “The quotes of President Chiang Kai-shek” was held. With the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Cultural Construction Committee, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Management Office, and the Chinese Calligraphy Society. In addition to inviting famous artists to participate in the exhibition, an open competition exhibition was held, and more than 300 manuscripts were received. After inviting more than ten calligraphy masters to be judges, one hundred works were selected from the public, in response to the 100th anniversary. All works of selected and invited artists, a total of 130 pieces, were collected by the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall.

President Chiang Kai-shek pointed out in his speech "The Second Phase of the New Life Movement: Aims and Work Essentials" that people must live a social life of mutual assistance and cooperation. And encourages kindness in the community. As a member of society, living a communal life. One has to have the virtue of loving the community, being affable and ready to help the community.
