民國75年10月31日蔣中正總統百年誕辰，國立中正紀念堂管理處、中國書法學會，在教育部與行政院文化建設委員會指導下，舉辦「蔣中正總統遺訓（嘉言）書法展覽」，除邀請名家參展外，並舉辦公開競展，共收稿件三百餘件，經敦請書法名家十餘人為評審，就社會人士競展作品中選取一百件，以應百年之數。凡入選及邀請名家參展作品均由中正紀念堂典藏，共計130幅，編號自C100001至C100130。
陳秀雋書，佳作，「中山樓文化堂落成紀念文」。民國55年11月12日為國父101歲誕辰，中山樓文化堂特選於此日舉行落成典禮，蔣中正總統發表「中山樓文化堂落成紀念文」，強調唯有青天白日之光輝普照大陸，始無愧於國父中山先生在天之靈。

On October 31, 1986, for the 100th birthday of President Chiang Kai-shek, a calligraphy exhibition called “The quotes of President Chiang Kai-shek” was held. With the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Cultural Construction Committee, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Management Office, and the Chinese Calligraphy Society. In addition to inviting famous artists to participate in the exhibition, an open competition exhibition was held, and more than 300 manuscripts were received. After inviting more than ten calligraphy masters to be judges, one hundred works were selected from the public, in response to the 100th anniversary. All works of selected and invited artists, a total of 130 pieces, were collected by the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall.
"Commemorative text for the completion of the Chinese Culture Hall at Chungshan Hall " written by Chen Xiu-jun, honorable mention. November 12, 1966, was the 101st birthday of the founding father. The Chinese Culture Hall at Chungshan Hall specifically held its inauguration ceremony on this day. President Chiang Kai-Shek published the "Commemorative Essay on the Completion of the Chinese Culture Hall at Chungshan Hall". Emphasizing that only when the brilliance of the blue sky and white sun shines on the mainland ( successful take back of the mainland ) can, the founding father, Mr. Zhongshan rest in peace.
