類似照片在中正紀念堂展示文物中共有兩幅，但孫中山坐姿與蔣校長所站位置略有不同，此照蔣校長立於孫中山右後方兩步距離，雙手負於身後，孫中山正坐，雙手浮搭於椅側，神情較為嚴肅。

In 1923, Sun Yat-sen, the Father of the Nation pictured with Chiang Kai-shek (then Chief Staff of Generalissimo's Field Headquarters) at Guangzhou station, before they set out for Shaoguan to plan and prepare Northern Expedition there. Actually, this is an altered image to show they stood and protruded their upper bodies from the train windows. But the next picture was commonly used.
