民國79年12月由泰國僑領林維平所贈，為泰國皇家之友勳章大綬，金黃色帶，白色鑲邊。
勳章依照頒授的方法，分成「大綬」、「領綬」、「襟綬」三種，除了勳章（掛在腰際）之外，還附有類似競選綵帶的就是「大綬」；「領綬」像個項鍊，顧名思義，頒授時掛在領子上；一般最常見的勳獎章頒授方式，直接掛在胸前，那叫「襟綬」。

Lin Weiping, a leader of overseas Chinese in Thailand, presented President of the Republic of China with a Royal Thai's the Most Auspicious Order of the Rajamitrabhorn, in December, 1990. This is the golden sash, with white trims, of the order.
State orders of decorations normally have one or more components, including "broad ribands" (i.e. sash), similar to ribbons worn by candidates in a political campaign, worn over the right shoulder to the left hip; "neck (collar) decorations" suspended, like a chain, from narrow ribands around the neck; and the most commonly seen, "stars" pinned to the lower chest, in addition to decorations and medals suspended from ribbons pinned to the upper chest.
