Description:Inscribed by Wu Yung-fu as a gift to Wang Chung-hsin, this calligraphy artwork features a poem by Wu in praise of Wang’s prudence and wisdom. It reads, “The Kingly Way has been sought after since ancient times / The Doctrine of the Mean has been renewed generation after generation / Harmony is the foundation of families and careers / With this understanding, you handle affairs with prudence and care.” One may see two seal affixations of the author, one in the lower left corner and the other in the upper right.
