藏品描述：致病的真菌Phomopsis acaciae寄生於相思樹的葉片，病斑呈現黑褐色至灰色，從葉尖逐漸向葉身蔓延，於葉片下表面出現黑色小點（分生孢子器）。分生孢子器是球形、亞球形或橢圓形，內有無色、無隔膜、絲狀略為彎曲的分生孢子。在溼度昇高時，大量分生孢子會湧流冒出。
Causal organism: Phomopsis acaciae
Lesions on leaves are water-soaked dark brownish to light grayish color, initially from leaf tip, extending through the whole leaf gradually. On the under surface of the lesions appear little indistinct warts (pycnidia). Pycnidia is globose, sub-globose to ellipsoid. Stylospore is filiform, hyaline, non-septate, straight or slightly curved. Spore ooze exudates in humid condition.
